Currently Solution Exchange Bhutan has about 180 members of whom 48% are working within one of the UN organizations in or outside Bhutan, 22% are working as staff of or advisors to the Royal Government of Bhutan, 16% are working with other development organizations in the country, and 14% are other individuals working in some way or the other with development related issues. About 15% of the total members are residing outside Bhutan .
