Dear e-forest colleagues,
This is an excellent opportunity to secure scholarships to pursue advanced studies in the field of climate risk, disaster management etc at ITC, a premier training institute in the Netherlands. Some of the colleagues who have graduated from there (such as N Norbu) will vouch for the quality of education there.
I would like to ecourage colleagues to apply for this. Please note the deadline for application is 28 Feb.
Cheers,
Doley
