I would like to bring a topic in this forum for discussion. The topic is "Governance of CF in Bhutan".
I brought this topic so that I can learn more and make usefull output of this forum.
To tigger the discussion, following are some of the specific topics;
1) Your feelings on the present Forest and Nature Conservation Rules' provision in allocation of CF to the proposed CFMG.
2) Does our regulatory frameworks allows participation of communities
3) Area resstriction along with number of households to form a CFMG
4) Frequent revision of F&NC Rules
5) Procedures and formalities to apply for CF establishment
6) Customary rights
7) More empowerment for CFMG
8) More rights for CFMG, etc
