Brenda, If the Report Center was already open, in that case you have to exit the report center and open it again. This screen does not auto-refresh the list.

Hello Shafat - We are using BillQuick 2012. Thank you for the follow up. I unchecked the Legacy View box and typed "OT" into the Search box above the Report
