Well I am processing in a 80 gallon apple-seed setup, but settling in a separate
tank. I then send my settled biodiesel another seperate wash tank. The settled
biodiesel will then pass through some unsettled processed biodiesel that is sure
to be left in the lines. Will this small amount be washed out ?
Is this clear enough or should I upload a picture of my setup ?
Thanks I am so ready to run this !!

everything; It is the pump used to load, process, transfer to the wash tank and
pump the finished fuel to the storage tank. If you think of the sequence it is
being used, I process after I load the WVO, any oil in the lines will be
processed also.

processing, settling and washing from the same pump. So I am wondering if I get
some WVO or unsettled Biodiesel from the lines in the wash tank will the wash
process clean it out or will it negatively effect my fuel. It shouldn't be alot
but I did run 1" lines. I guess the wash test and other quality test will show
just wanted everyones input. Will be my first batch and I am excited.
