* Bivio::Type::PrimaryId
can_be_zero is still false, but from_literal allows 0 as value.
is_specified will return false for 0. However, we need a value which
is not a PrimaryId that SQL.Statement can accept to mean "do not match
anything" (see Model.WikiList)
