Have S. P. O'Riordain's notes from his exploration of Lough Gur been
published yet. I seem to recall reading that some drainage of the
Lough itself was undertaken. Are there writings on this effort? I am
particularly interested in the topography of the underwater land just
off the north shore, below the earthworks.
