Since January, 1st, 2007 Bulgaria has become a member of the European Union. In early 2007 the Bulgarian Journal of Science and Education Policy (BJSEP) was launched. The science and education are both key factors for the future development of the country. In recent years the education/science policy and management have been established as separate research areas. This is not easily to be recognized in some countries including Bulgaria as well. The aim of BJSEP is to provide a medium for communication among the persons conducting or using research on secondary and post-secondary education. BJSEP will also deal with the research policy, research management and planning. BJSEP is a multi-disciplinary journal that is international in scope and reaches an audience of academia, government policy makers and all others interested in these issues. BJSEP E-Mail List at Yahoo will be used as an effective instrument for communication and information between the editors, authors and readers of that peer-reviewed, scholarly journal.
