New adopted project name since June 2012: Center for African Language Technologies (CALT)

Serving the most deprived, disadvantaged and/or illiterate part of the population ...

The Speech & Voice Recognition Technology is basically what is going to be placed in the centre of this "Centre for African Languages" (CAL) serving the Republic of Ghana, but also the African Continent as a whole.

Being launched in BRUGES (Belgium) on the 21st June 2007 under the umbrella of "ROYAL-LHSP" with one of the former founders of the Company "LHSP" , who is providing his intellectuel property and know-how for the setup of this development...

"ROYAL-LHSP" to be incorporated within the paramount Development Program "HELIOS_COM" (HEC) as develop platform for all skills attached to "Communication & Technology" in other words the whole world of "ICT".

All this is part of the aims & objectives settled within the NGO "Golden_Bridge_Ghana" (GBG) (Founded in ACCRA on 29th February 2004) and having as the main founder the undersigned and your servant: Mentor Kofi Togbe Gandhi_3000, Belgian national...
