Prof Singer and others have pointed out that most of the carbon dioxide
now in the atmosphere that is causing global warming has been put
there by the people of the industrial nations. So,if it a dangerous
pollutant as even president Bush now admits, is it not our
responsibility to reduce our CO2 emissions as much and as quickly as
possible?
