Hi Keith :),
I enjoyed your post about your past-life
experiences, and I would like to hear more about
it. Those are the kinds of things I signed up on
this group to hear about. If you don't want to
post more here, you can email me at my email
address.
I find meditating a struggle. For some reason, I
don't want to do it every day, and yet when I do
it, I usually find it to be a beneficial
experience.
For example, last night I meditated, and I spent
the whole time praying to God in the meditation.
Once I got myself to that deep inner place that
can be achieved in meditation, I found that my
prayer to him was from a more honest place in
myself. Not that I'm not honest with him when I
pray out of a meditative state, but somehow, it's
easier for me to get a hold of my more honest
thoughts and feelings in my meditative state.
I tend to seek what I immediately need when I
meditate, rather than seeking what I would
ideally like, and that works for me. But still I
don't meditate as much as I'd like to... like
once a day. It's like vitamins, I have a hard
time getting myself to take those every day too.
Maybe I have some old soul wound that prevents me
from taking care of myself right, I don't know.
I have had some past-life experiences with
meditation, but nothing as pronounced as yours.
But I'd like to encourage all readers in this
group to post such experiences, because we can
all learn from each other by sharing this kind of
stuff.
Take Care... Ambra
