it should be noted, that the atlanteans migrated to many areas of the globe.  as far as we know, they chose not to reveal the secrets of cosmic power to these numerous civilizations.  discretion must be used before giving such power to mankind.  they must be certain man is ready, otherwise the second or third generation might destroy the world. 

   in other readings cayce gave the constructions plans for the power station.  he even gave the cosmic source.  all that keeps us from building one now is faith, and the knowledge of the faceting of the crystal, before it is heat-treated. 

   the usa cannot be trusted with this power.  they used the atomic bomb already, and contemplate using it again.  until the power of the presidency is restricted, so that he cannot make preemptive strikes, or use spin doctors to make a false case for invading foreign countries, i would not give him a slingshot. 

   the records value for this generation is to know the history of the human race.  it would be wise to suppress the release of those records that detail the development of powers and forces.   leave such alone, until brotherhood is spread across the earth, and nationalism has waned away.
