Hello %name%,

The Will County Ghost Hunters Society has recently added several updates
to our website. Some of the updates include EVPs from our overnight
investigations at Baci's Restorante in Plainfield, IL. One of which
is a woman singing, "Over the rainbow."  Also, added are several
EVPs and photos from an investigation at a private home in Rockdale, IL.
The WCGHs also had the opportunity to investigate the former Joliet
Catholic High School building. During this investigation we were able to
photograph a full body apparition. We also, have put together a video
package of the Waverly Hills EVP that we were able to record, when a
small child in the morgue says, "Help me." In addition, we have
posted links to several newspaper articles in which we have been
recently featured. We have added several items to our ghost hunting
store, which include tripods, WCGHS polo shirts, and WCGHS quarter zip

book.  It was written from the heart and I hope that you enjoy reading it as
much as I did writing it.

One thing I forgot to add is that I was planning on adding panels of both IR and
UV lights.

A little Background

I have read tons of different things that people say are attributed to ghosts. 
Cold spots, Magnetic fields, visual manifestations.

Magnetic fields of certain strengths and polarities have been known to generate
cold tingly sensations around them.  Sometimes certain meters will read the air
as cold even though others will read it normal.  it has to do with the agitation
of small amounts of trace metals in the air.  I honestly haven't done a lot of
research or reading into this.  I read about it happening in some steel mills
where they use powerful magnetic fields fluctuation to heat steel.  So i cant
tell you if there has been any definitive research on what causes it.  the thing
i read was an article in something along the lines of a small Blog and a guy was
asking what could create a cold field in his steel mill.  a guy who posted using
the name of a legitimate physicist (I looked up the name it checked out but I
have no way of being sure the guy was the one making the post.) saying it was
possible

The human eyes work something like antenna picking up a very limited spectrum of
Radiation.  you can look this up  your eyes just pick up the reflections of
light.  light is just a form of radiation with its own frequency band.  so your
eyes are similar to a car antenna only much more sophisticated. I have looked
into this and this is 100% accurate.  Now with that said would it be possible
for reflections of a frequency to be read on lower or higher band.  Yes this is
called bleed over in communications electronics. So it is possible that your
eyes are catching glimpses just outside the normal frequency band.  ultra
violets and infra reds are on Fringe spectrum's.  that's one reason I was asking
about them.

Im also wanting to do research on X rays to see how that pans out

I put those up there so you can look over that becuase again that is data that I
can stand beside the electromagnetic fields creating cold spots.  I can find a
lot of data from paranormal researchers saying yes it happens but really nothing
as far as a research paper from even a student at a reputable university.  If
anyone can find me one I would be more than interested in reading over it.  and
adding it to my data pool.

I dont mean that to sound like I automatically don't trust any data from
paranormal researchers but I prefer hard research data from lab experiments. 
With that said that is something that I want to be able to show.  I want to be
able to have documented examples either proving or disproving everyone of my
theories.  Now the problem is some people say that if you dont go somewhere
haunted your not going to get results so you might get false negatives.  I
figure that if i run many tests and they all show up negative or even 1 or 2
show up positive its a negative result.  now.  if i can go out and get
consistent data with my methods I consider it valid.

I have 2 thoughts one that most of the people who have seen ghosts are in
correct. another that wants to believe, but at my core I am a none believer. 
the best way for me to prove something incorrect is for me to be able to give a
lucid valid scientific explanation.

one of the best scientific explanations i have seen for ghosts was a little out
there but something I really want to look at.  now first you have to understand
that the scientist doing the seminar was a quantum mechanics near genius.  He
had a theory that our universe sits on a platform of an infinite number of other
universes.  every time anyone has a thought the universe splits its self off in
an infinite number of directions becuase of the thought, something along the
lines of the butterfly flapping its wings and contributing to a hurricane.  He
says that he thinks that we are not really seeing historical figures or ghosts
from the past but flickers or relics from a nearby overlapping universe.  He
went into this in great detail and I wish I remembered the mans name.  I found
some things in his seminar that didn't seem right I take it that he was either
working off bad data or I just don't know enough to understand what he was
saying.  (yes I accept and admit my stupidity on the matters of Quantum
mechanics and a wide range of other topics to include women.)



Again anything you have tried that you could tell me how well it worked for you
good or bad would be appriciated.  I wont promise to swear by your results.  but
if I can make a device to replicate or measure your results I will do my best.



things I have planned to make not in any particular order

1) X ray field generator
2) x ray field detector
3) robot for carrying sensor packs and tracking magnetic fields
4) Ion generators (i want to try many different ways to create cold spots myself
5) magnetic field generators that I can tune the frequency of the fields.
6) magnetic field Frequency analyzer (the human body has a small magnetic field
I want to see if "ghosts" have a similar frequency.
7) i have no clue what to call this device but ill describe it.  I want to flood
an area with a range of ions and a magnetic field then have my device look for
inconsistencies in the generated field. (this comes from a way that I saw an
antenna tested once they put out the ions to be able to claim a controlled
environment as the ions pushed back any residual fields off non generating
objects.  my thought is that if something such as what is called a ghost is
generating its own magnetic field I should be able to read with my instruments
the shape of the field and if I have the field correctly isolated I might even
be able to map out features in the field.  this does not mean that I think I
might be able to see a nose on a face of a ghost.  I mean to say that an antenna
has a specific predictable field pattern.  a tv or even an electrical outlet all
have predictable patterns.  now isolate them out and if I see a pattern
generated that is round... oval... or what ever in my area of testing that I
cannot account for then I have an artifact.  if I can duplicate that artifact in
other places.  then I have a result.


comments, Questions, answers,

1)Has anyone done any specific research on the specific magnetic field band
frequencies that are attributed with ghosts.

2) Has anyone done any research dealing with Infrared light

3) ultra-violets

4) microwaves

5) any random tests that provided no conclusive data using various electronic
sensors.

6) any random tests with data using electronic sensors.

I currently work in a isolated environment and one of the little hobbies I have
is electronics.  When I get home I plan on doing a few attempts at paranormal
investigations.  I plan on trying to build a robot while I am with this company
that will have a camera and a video transmitter, be capable of taking emf
readings, tracking EMF readings and taking ambient temperature readings.

Adding additional sensor packages will be something I look at over time.  so any
thoughts from you would be appreciated.
