I am working on coding in a dos/turbobasic exe version too. THis
should be downwardly compatible to any dos machine, handheld pda, etc..
THE new DRO is looking good. I have a new bug, windows sees the
streaming data scales as a ps2 mouse, Ps2 mouses use the same serial
connection scenario as the serial port. Not sure how to address that
bug yet. I have a scale running here on the bench.
I have a decent communications driver that throws clean messages to
the robot board I have here. I like it.. it needs a steady stream too.
Sits there squawking like a jaybird. It also has a decent interupt for
polling the scales, it will not however work with more than one port.
I'll post the present raw code sometime today to give YOU "quiet"
programmers something to look at..
