spinner input that reads encoders and dumps it to the pc..

this might be it.. I have waited for someone to step up with a
encoder input board.. not here.. not happened..

I did manage to crash the pc again.. My sony two stick mouse with
encoded buttons to "sendkeys" command controlling a 3d solids program
via hotkeys..

Lost the networking driver too, and the mouse driver.. on the laptop
right now..

If I can get the inputs completed, yep.. cheap and quickt hen..
