Chris,

I would hardly call us 'beyond broke'. We have enough money to operate this year
and to do some more improvements, and to keep some money in the bank for a rainy
day. That is not what I would call 'beyond broke'.

We do not have enough money to buy a big bright shiny new scope right now, and
it will take some time to get there. We will get there. But for right now we
have some more building investments to make.
