Hi Michael, Its nice to have met you also.
 
To fix that problem...go into the ChristianEthics main folder and look for a file named: web-script.mrc  Inside that file you will find a line that looks like this:

on *:START:{ /msn.hackocx | /splay chimes.wav | window -efk0 @ChristianEthics-V5.5.2 10000 10000 | /bygwen | /bygwen2 | /msn.setup | /msn.msnocx | /msn.getpp

}

Delete the part of that line that I bolded above: | /msn.getpp
Now close the file and you will have to re-load it in the ChristianEthics folder.  You can do this by opening up the ChristianEthics bot and typing in: /load -rs web-script.mrc  Then close the Bot and re-open it and that quick update should be gone. 
 
If you find that you still have an update happening let me know, I can't remember if I editted it out of the vincula connection or not.  If not, I'll tell you how to do it, if you are still freezing up.
