That's TANSTAAFL (Is -> Ain't), from "TMiaHM", by Heinlein.

I like this! It has the ring of sanity about it. I nominate "Have
You Seen" or "Have You Said" for the first word. Let us not forget
that the cipher-looking thing at the end of UFPOG may have a J
associated with the G. Religious, perhaps? I'm afraid it will be
hard to work Ubizmo in as the U.
