I would like that if any cisco Phone atached to that cisco Switch it will get automaticaly power from Switch...

Are you sure that you have a 3560 with POE? Can you do a "sh ver" and post it? ... enter command ... download....

I am not able to do conf for POE Conf for 3560 Switch. Cisco IOS Software, C3560 Software (C3560-IPBASE-M), Version 12.2(35)SE5, RELEAS E SOFTWARE (fc1) ...

Hi Ravindra, you cant configure power command in enable mode , you have to go in en --> conf --> interface mode of any port for configure the power inline cmd,...
