Clearsilver not working in Ubuntu 9.04 (jaunty)   Message List

I am setting up a new development environment and have discovered that
clearsilver is not working out of the box in jaunty:

I am using mod_python which is looking at python 2.6 and clearsilver is not
compiled for python2.6 by the ubuntu package system. Has anyone worked through
this? I can probably either find a back port for mod_python or install
clearsilver from source...

... So, clearsilver 0.10.5 doesn't auto-detect python 2.6. I should really fix the detection code so it doesn't need a list of major versions. It does work if...
