Description

A unifying platform which discusses the convergence and divergence of lenses made in the M42 screwmount, made by OEM manufacturers like Pentax, Praktica/Zeiss Jena, early Zeiss Ikon, Isco-Gottiengen, KMZ/Mir, Cosina Bessaflex, third party manufacturers etc. and their associated cameras/accesories. Also how these lenses can be adapted for a wide-range of modern cameras incl. DSLRs e.g Canon EOS,Nikon AF, Minolta , Pentax K-AF, Pentacon Scan etc.

We welcome both film and digital users, please just mark your threads clearly.

Originally started on the Yahoo Clubs! Platform (http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/clubm42), some materials are still there.
