Description

For the posting of Comet Images. Images on Film or CCD with Telescopes or Cameras are welcome. Discussion of these images and the equipment used is open. We also invite comet sketches and drawings. All are welcome to post your comet picture links. If you're just interested in looking at comet photos, you are also welcome to join.

For newcomers to the group: Applications to the group are approved by the moderators to weed out spammers. Please include a *useful/relevant* comment in your application so that we can be sure you have a genuine interest in comets. If your comment is not enough to distinguish you from a spammer, you will be automatically subscribed as a moderated member until you make an on-topic posting. Nice one all the same Alan! Galaxy shows up well! I tried again on the 9th, but with gear probs had to shoot at 55mm. Not enough scale, so didn't bother
