Comet's elevation was 2.4 deg, sun -7.1 deg, site at 40.17N. Comet
easily visible to the naked-eye. C/2006 P1 is a mesmerizing sight in
25x100 binoculars, with a parabolic coma of about 1.5' with 0.8-deg
tail in PA 010. In 10x50B, 0.6-deg tail at PA 010. Brightness
estimated corrected using ICQ winter table]
