together with the Stanford's Russian Student Association is organizing its
first in the season and FREE event at Stanford. Don´t miss!

Workshop - Intellectual Property Protection

This session addresses issues related to intellectual property protection.
Dr. Pavel Pogodin, a partner in Mountain View, California, office of
prominent intellectual property law firm Sughrue Mion, PLLC will discuss the
latest developments in patent law, including U.S. Patent Office rule
changes, pending legislations and court decisions, and address various
issues related to protection of intellectual property that many emerging
companies frequently encounter.

Topics covered will include:
- Developing intellectual property protection strategy for an emerging
company

- How to identify intellectual property that must be protected

- Choosing a correct form of intellectual property protection

- How to save $: tips for protecting intellectual property in a
cost-effective manner
