Galileo and the International Year of Astronomy

7:30 pm. July 5th at Montauk Public School.

This is a family friendly event with a planetarium show for children (children must be accompanied by at least one adult).  Both the lecture and planetarium show will begin at 7:30 pm. If skies are clear following the planetarium show, bring your family and friends to Theodore Roosevelt County Park at 8:45 pm. to explore the night sky with Montauk Observatory board members. Montauk Observatory's telescopes will be available and personal telescopes are also welcome.
