If you're going to play with those resistors make sure you only do it ONCE (damn small traces lift easily). So use good resistors and make sure of your values....

the only damage i did to my di/o's traces was to the op-amp traces, before i got a desolderer. i yust heated up the pins w/a soldering iron, & yanked 'em out...
