I think the oil drain is the problem. After coming out of the turbo, the oil goes through a 3/8" pipe to an oil cooler, then back to the pump. I'll relocate...

The fuel filter might be ok when the oil heats up, but might be too restrictive when its cold. I picked up a nice aluminum remote oil filter mount off Ebay....
