Re: [DNNFreeHelp] Module width constraints

Hi Liz,

Module width is normally set to fill 100% of the content area.
These settings are done in the skin and container, and not through the admin functions.

If you are using the text/html module, then you can still specify the module width using the DIV or TABLE tags.

Best Regards,

Subject: [DNNFreeHelp] Module width constraints

Hello,

Our website is maintained and created by an outside service.
However, I have been tasked with creating some new pages/content.
The skin has a title "banner" at the top that is a certain width and
there are generally 2 text modules side by side underneath it on
most pages.

My boss wants the "content" area (the modules) to be the same width
as the banner at the top of the page. I can't find where to set or
constrain this and the width seems to set automatically. Can anyone
direct me to where I can set this width, and also if I can see what
the width of the banner is?

I hope I have explained this clearly enough. Any help is
appreciated.

All the best,

liz
