Welcome to the Yahoo! group "DRM-L" which is meant to be a
place to discuss digital radio on the long wave, medium
wave and short wave radio bands. Here we can discuss what
we as users/listeners want to see from this trend of
digital radio. We should also use this place to discuss
technical issues related to this technique, like how it
works, how to design the circuits involved as well as
sharing information about new products, DRM broadcasting
services and web pages related to this technique. This
Yahoo group should be independent from the radio industry
eventhough individuals from the industry of course are
welcome to join and to share their knowledge and information with us
and also tell us about new DRM consumer products and services.

DRM stands for Digital Radio Mondiale and is a project
where a group of companies in the radio industry is
developing a new standard for digital radio transmissions
on the long wave, medium wave and short wave radio bands.
