Did I respond to you? This came while I was abroad and I don't
remember. Sorry. I'm now trying to clean up some old e-mail.

I can tell you that members from Scotland, Italy, and New Zealand, along
with a couple others, have been able to make it work. So it must not be
just U.S. Beyond that I don't know what to say. Try again? If it doesn't
work let me know and I guess I could try contacting PayPal.
