Awhile ago, you expressed an interest in being notified of developments in
our groundbreaking astronomical simulation package, "The Digital Universe".
We're very excited to report that after several years of work, "The Digital
Universe" for the Macintosh computer has been completed!

At the moment, we're just waiting for the CDs and boxes to come back from
the publishing company, then we'll be ready to begin sending out the first
copies of the software. This is expected to begin by the end of November
(approximately 2 weeks).

If you're interested in learning more about the capabilities of the
Macintosh version of "The Digital Universe", we invite you to take a look
at our new web pages at http://www.syz.com/DU/mac/ There you'll find a
complete list of the powerful features that will revolutionize the
astronomy software scene for the Macintosh, as well as sample animations
generated by the program and screen snapshots (the lunar eclipse is my
particular favorite :-). We've even made available the entire user manual
to download if you want to take an in-depth look at the software's
capabilities over the next couple of weeks.

We are now accepting pre-orders for the software, which you can make by
clicking on the "Pre-order" link available from our web site. By
pre-ordering the software, we will be sure to ship you one of the very
first copies as soon as they arrive back from the publisher. The software
is listed at $149.95 in Canadian funds (approximately $96.94 US according
to the exchange rate on November 15, 2000). Note that if you wish to make
a pre-order, we will not charge your credit card or deposit your cheque
until the software has been shipped to you.

I could go on and on about the powerful capabilities of this new astronomy
simulator, but the best way to learn more about it is probably just to
visit our web page at http://www.syz.com/DU/mac/ In addition to the
features we had been planning since the beginning of the project, you will
find a couple of exciting surprises.

If you have any questions or comments, or would prefer to place a pre-order
by phone please feel to give us a call at 780-961-2213. Of course, you can
always simply reply to this message, or send an email to sales@....

Thanks again for your continued support of "The Digital Universe"!
