I have the same problem if the screen is not PLANAR.
I run DU, promoted on to a 832x624x8bit screen and use CyberGrab to capture
screen images.
To get DU to save its own images I use ModePro to promote DU onto a
832x624x4bit, PLANAR screen created by P96.

Using an A2000/060 - OS3.9, PicassoIV and P96 V2.0
