DU only saves native Amiga modes, so if like the rest of us you now use a
Gfx card mode to run DU then you cannot save the screen or animations
properly. Du was written before the use of Gfx cards was common. The anims
are saved as ANIM files which limits you to saving anims from AGA or ECS
modes only. To save anims from P96 or CGX modes Dan would need to add
support to save as MPEG or Quicktime.

You can still take screen grabs without having to go back to an AGA mode
though. I use SGRAB which snapshots screens or just windows for all
screenmodes including P96 and CGX. In fact Sgrab can also be used to snap
screenshots of the Mac version of DU running under Fusion :-)
