I have a CSPPC 200MHz wit a 68060 50MHz. DU is running without any problems.

No, the FlashROM of the CSPPC is to small. The files in the libs: directory are
used.

If I remember right, the original math*.libraries are required for the CSPPC.
Try to install them
from your WB disc or CD.
