Hi guys. I'm still around, though not as up to date in the Amiga scene
as I once was.
I still get lots of requests from people about bringing DU back to the
Amiga market, and it is definitely something I'm keeping in mind. But
first, I have to finish the Windows version of the software. I know
I've been saying this for a long time - unfortunately, we've become
involved in a lot of other non-DU-related projects, so the time I have
to work on DU any longer is severely limited. But since the Windows
version is three quarters done, I have to finish that first before I
can look into an AmigaOne port. I know there is a lot of Windows astro
software out there already, but that doesn't stop there from still
being a strong potential market there - I have about 5000 people signed
up at the moment that want to be notified when the Windows version is
complete - more than 10 times the number of Amiga people who ever
expressed an interest. Of course, a lot of those people will never end
up actually buying the software, but I have to finish it first anyway.
Thought I'd let you know that I was still around though :-)
Dan
