Well, today (or yesterday depending on where you are reading from) was
time of remembrance for two great actresses of Old Hollywood's silver
screen. That being said, it was also day of reflection and remembrance
for another reason. As many of you have heard by now, yesterday was a
horrific day for our brothers and sisters in Jolly Ole England. What
happened in that area was a tragedy on a huge scale and only brought
back memories of what happened in our own beloved country just 4 years
ago. It brought to mind how much the world has changed and yet how far
we have to go before things like this never happen again. Color,
culture, religion, whatever the reasoning is behind this, it's not
fair to take out your agression on innocent people. There is one
race......the human race! Everyone hurts, everyone bleeds and
eventually, everyone dies. Our lives are so delicate as it is (didn't
you learn this from the reason behind that Live 8 concerts?)and yet
people feel entitled to take anothers for what?! I just hope that
everyone will come to realize that this does not help your cause. I
hope that today, when you read this message you will go and hug those
closest to you and tell them that you love them. It could make all the
difference in the world.
