Today, however marks the birthday of James Dean. He would've been 72.

With a heavy heart I come to all of you today. As I'm sure you know
by now, yesterday the space shuttle Colombia exploded over East
Texas/West Louisiana. This just doesn't seem real, but it is and so
the nation mourns another great loss. Not only the US, but the world
and especially the Israeli nation. Very tragic indeed. At the moment,
I'm working on a tribute, but I wish to extend my deepest condolences
to all involved and I hope that everyone will take the time to
remember! For comfort, find your bestest friend and give them a great
big hug!

New month, New colors, New club picture! What a change!

First I want to say thank you about the Freddie wallpapers! I always
try to find a new way to look at him cause I don't him to be
forgotten. He's been overlooked for far too long.

Second we have three big dates all in a row! February 1 is Brandon
Lee's birthday. So sad he's not here, but he's still a star in his
own right! February 2 is Shakira's birthday! YAY!!! Happy Birthday
Shaki! And Feburary 3 marks the anniversary of "The Day the Music
Died". Three young stars became part of the heavens one cold night.
The Three being Ritchie Valens, Buddy Holly, and The Big Bopper.
They still inspire more people everyday!

Third I just want to say that I hope this month brings all of you
peace, love, happiness, and lots of laughter! ;)

The new wallpapers of Freddie are so sweet. Had me reaching for a
hankie (tears)... Excellent job as usual...

Hello all!
Today(January 29th) marks 26 years the world lost one of the
smoothest comics around. Freddie Prinze Sr passed away today and even
though he seems to be best remembered because of his son, Freddie
Prinze Jr, he was a star in his own right.
Back in the 1970s, it was well known that in Hollywood, to be
considered a star you had to have the triple threat, Singing,
Dancing, and Acting. For a long while many people have thought that
John Travolta was the only one to have all three, but there was one
more. Though Freddie didn't have an album like John Travolta did, he
did sing backup for his friend Tony Orlando. Freddie didn't have a
major motion picture, but he did one TV movie. Dancing was his forte,
after all he went to ballet school. So yes, John Travolta was the
more successful triple threat, but Freddie was no slouch!
So today I ask that you take time out to get to know this man who
could do it all and remember what he has left us. ˇViva Freddie!

I do apologize for being a little late, but I just wanted to send out
two birthdays that should be acknowledged. First, January 19, was
Janis Joplin's birthday. She would've been 60. Today, January 21,
would've been Jam Master Jay's 38th birthday. Two very distinguished
innovators in both their fields of music. Again, I do apologize for
being late, but I will try to get wallpapers of both them as soon as

Thank you for a loving tribrute to Maurice Gibb. The Bee Gees have
always been a favorite group of mine and was thrilled to hear there
music on the Saturday Night Fever Sound Track when it first came out.
I like millions of others rushed to get my hands upon that know
legendary soundtrack! Thank Miss Dani for capturing Maurice in his

share. On January 12, a true legend was silenced in what seems to be
an odd turn of events. Maurice Gibb, one of the best known disco
band, The BeeGees, has passed away at the age of 53. I hope everyone
will take a few minutes of your time to say a prayer for him and his
beloved family. I also have added a tribute wallpaper in the tribute
folder. Hope it helps to console some fans now.

I'll be able to change it every so often and we won't have a stale

I have updated a little bit around here, just so you know. LOL The
new club picture, new colors and a couple new wallpapers are all for
your enjoyment!
I guess I should take the time to explain the new club picture. The
new picture has a picture of Aaliyah on it because January is the
month of her birthday. I'm going to try to have a new wallpaper of
her by her birthday on January 16. Next it has a picture of a yellow
rose. This is my wish for all of you to find great friends in the new
year. No matter how many you have, you can never have too many!

Gosh Ms Suzanne! How you do go on.....LOL You always know just how to
mkae my day and I thank you for that. At moment, I've been trying to
get new designs in the works. As for your comment about being old,
now I happen to know that you're not old at all. You're only as old
as you feel. ;-) You also do so much great work with your creations
and you're clever site. I'm sure Freddie would be proud! ;-)

Miss Dani, Time after time you continue to blow me away with all of
your fabulous funky wallpapers! I am just in awe over your
