I now have the following compile error on MSVC2008:
1>r:\dtl_3_6_11\lib\variant_row.cpp(1135) : error C2440: 'static_cast'
: cannot convert from 'const dtl::dtl_variant_t' to '__int64'
1> Ambiguous user-defined-conversion

Any ideas?
