Gabrio,
You should run the program at least once, select View, Options..., the
Right-click tab, and check the Enable "Usage Pie Chart" menu item. Then
close the program. It sounds as if you have already some that, though.
If this does not work, just once, try right-clicking ShowMan.exe, and
select "Run as administrator". Perhaps that is required on Vista?
I only have one Vista PC, and the program does work as advertised there,
but I may have "Run as administrator" and forgotten to document this! On
checking the code this is quite likely to be the case, as the program does
try to write to the registry keys:
HKCR\Directory\shell\UsagePieChart
HKCR\Directory\shell\UsagePieChart\command
HKCR\Drive\shell\UsagePieChart
HKCR\Drive\shell\UsagePieChart\command
and I don't know whether or how Vista virtualises those keys.
I hope that helps.....
Cheers,
David
