Yes, that's the behavior I expect too.

But no -- I've tried every variation of saving that I can think of -- Save As --
Save -- Start from nothing then drag-and-drop files onto the client area then
Save that to a new file then Save As to an existing file then Save As to the
first file again -- Open an existing file then Save As to another existing file
-- etc. etc. -- but I'm not seeing an overwrite prompt in any case.
