Hi everyone;

My DSI III has malfunctioned. It does not download an image properly to the PC.
It does respond to light, but I can't get an image transmitted to the computer.
This is not a focus problem.

If I substitute my DSI II without refocusing I get a good image in my Envisage
software. I realize there may be a slight difference in chip position, which
would require some refocusing, but no joy.

I called Meade today (talked with Mark) and for an out-of-warranty unit they
have no repair or replacement program in place.

Can this be true?

Any other alternatives for getting this fixed?
