The User Experience Designer:
· Works with the User Experience Architect, taking high-level information architecture direction along with user research and business strategy to form end user experience
· Designs and iterates proposed user experience with team of User Experience Analysts, Design Technologists, Developers and Project/Program owners
· Possesses a refined sense of visual design
· Presents designs in clear and understandable manner to project stakeholders and team members
· Delivers appropriate user-centered design artifacts such as wireframes, aesthetics, behavioral prototypes, and style guides necessary to describe interaction to product stakeholders, end users and developers
· Educates partners on user centered design best practices
· Develops user experience best practices into standards to be applied across multiple solutions
Qualified candidates must:
· Offer at least 4 years of user experience design experience with robust software-like, highly-interactive interfaces
· Have worked in roles similar to Information Architect, Interaction Designer, Visual Designer, Graphic Artist, Prototype Developer
· Possess portfolio of excellent user interface design and intelligent process approach and artifacts
· Proficient in last design documentation and development programs
· Be comfortable with agile software development processes
· Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
· Coordinate multiple projects, facilitate meetings across business lines and vendors, and meet scheduled and unscheduled deadlines
· Work under minimum direction, and use independent judgment in decision-making
· Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Persuade and influence in a manner that is tactful and assertive
· Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative by setting and achieving challenging goals and exhibiting a strong entrepreneurial spirit
· Remain flexible within a geographically dispersed team (domestic and international), and manage in an active, changing environment
