Finding CPU information Mini Howto

Hi All,
The web page has another mini howto for
getting CPU information. Also, I've updated
AsmFile, AsmBug, and possibly others.

If anyone is intersted in a howto for setting up
xterm, let me know. I've collected a small
stack of changes and techniques.
