1. There are rumors that the paperwork for putting Compendium into Open Source has all been signed. According to a source close to the source, the code is being readied for Open Source release. If you are a programmer and have an interest in experimenting with the future of collaborative sense making, I'm betting you'll get a chance pretty soon.
