We're still trying to adjust to the change.  The weather has been idyllic -- there are no mosquitoes to speak of here, the humidity hasn't gone above 50%, and the high on this mid-October day is expected to be in the low-90's!  Oh ... and there's a wildfire in the mountains 40 miles northeast of us burning out of control!   Ahhh ... California!

Business continues to be good in the new location.  We're doing a lot of facilitation (in the aviation field especially) and a very aggressive level of in-house training at a leading-edge DC-based consultancy (Touchstone).  We just got back from giving a talk on "wicked problems and IBIS" to a GMO Biosafety conference in Montpellier, France. 

When things get a bit more settled here on the West Coast we'll be scheduling some Dialog Mapping training based in this area.  We'll keep you posted about that and any other significant developments.
