Hello Dialog Mappers,

First, a bit of good news.  As you may know I've been working on a book on Dialog Mapping for a really long time, since about 1993.  Last week I sent the final version of that manuscript off to John Wiley and Sons, an academically oriented publisher based primarily in the UK.  The book is titled Dialog Mapping:  Building Shared Understanding of Wicked Problems, and is scheduled to come out (both in UK and US) in October.

The question has arisen as to spelling:  should it be "dialog" or "dialogue"?  I had come to feel that the longer British spelling might seem pretentious to a US reader, but the publisher is now suggesting that, at least for their UK audience, the longer spelling would be preferable.  I know ... some people won't even notice the spelling, and won't care.  But if you are one of those who cares about such things (and we are talking about brand identity here, people), please drop me a line with your thoughts:  should it be Dialog Mapping or Dialogue Mapping?
