Let me add my congratulations to getting the project this far, and for picking such a well-known publisher!

 

My preference is for 'dialogue' - but then, I learnt to spell it that way growing up...

More seriously, many publishers prepare different editions for the UK and US markets.  (Also remember that the UK edition will typically be sold with rights to all the Commonwealth countries, including Canada and Australia, while the US edition will only be available for sale within the USA).

Is the publisher considering different editions, that can accommodate different spellings, both in the main title and in the text?
