Thank you very much for all the input on the 3 book cover designs! I have
selected the cartoon design, based on my own feelings and fortified with
your input. Several people commented that the cartoon depicted a lecturer
or teacher rather than facilitator, so I've asked Wiley to change the
cartoon slightly, to show the Dialogue Mapper's hand in a gesture of asking
a question rather than making a point.
