In case you haven't seen it already, here's a paper for those who are
interested in the use of IBIS for the capture of Design Rationale.
It was made available on-line in September this year, with a Nov 2008
publication date.

The paper makes reference to some work that Jeff Conklin and I did
back in the late 1980's when I was working at NCR. Seems like the
subject hasn't quite "died" yet! <grin>
