Description

Avida LogoThis group is for discussion about digital evolution research and software development, with a special focus on the Avida research platform. Digitial evolution systems maintain populations of self-replicating computer programs that are subject to mutations and limited resources leading to the evolution of complex forms. These software systems are being successfully used for experimental evolution research.

We welcome anyone interested in engaging in these discussions to sign up. If you only wish to receive rare, special announcements from the moderators put your self on "special notices only" status.
